We got some discouraging news today. The Embassy is taking longer than we thought, which will cause us probably a month in delays alone, but we also found out that our file was rejected by the Embassy a couple weeks ago and they are in the process of trying to figure out what it is going to take to fix the problems with our file. Unfortunately we have no idea how long that will take.
It's hard to take all of this, especially when it seems that we are so close to the end. I know my son is greatly loved and cared for where he is, and that gives me comfort.
Please pray that the Embassy will be able to find a way to protect these children while also making this process a bit smoother for all involved.
